Is your venue on The Court Scout?

Almost certainly yes — if you operate a public, paid, or members-only pickleball or padel facility in the US, we've probably already researched it. Every listing on this site is built from primary sources (your own website, your Google Business Profile, sometimes a phone call) before it publishes; we never use a paid feed and we don't accept pay-to-play placement.

That means three things for venue operators:

Claim & correct your listing

The fastest way to fix a detail — court count, hours, pricing, phone, address, website, indoor/outdoor, surface, or status — is the form below. Submissions go straight into our verification queue, are confirmed against your official source, and typically publish within 48 hours.

 

If you'd rather email us, send the correction to [email protected] with "Correction: [venue name]" in the subject. Include a link to your official source (website or Google Business Profile) so we can confirm and publish quickly.

What we'll publish from your submission

Anything you can point us to on a first-party source: court count and configuration, indoor/outdoor mix, surface, net type, hours, drop-in and member pricing, programming (open play, leagues, lessons), phone, email, website, booking URL, and a short factual description. We won't publish marketing copy or unverifiable claims ("the best courts in the state") — listings are factual.

Photos

Each listing currently shows a brand gradient where a photo would go. If you'd like to provide a real facility photo, email [email protected] — we accept JPG/PNG, prefer landscape (16:9 or wider), and credit you. By sending a photo you confirm you have the right to publish it.

Closed your venue?

Email [email protected] with the closure date and a link to a public confirmation (notice on your site, news article, etc.). Permanently-closed venues are removed from the live site within 48 hours; we keep the record in our underlying data with a closed-status flag, but it stops appearing anywhere on the public site, in the sitemap, or in search.

Removal — opt out entirely

If you'd prefer your venue not appear in our directory at all, even though the information is public, email [email protected] from a domain or email that matches the venue's official contact. We honor verified opt-out requests. We may keep a minimal internal record of the request so the listing doesn't get rebuilt the next time we sweep public sources.

Dispute or escalation

If something on a listing is materially wrong and a normal correction submission isn't moving fast enough, email [email protected] with "Urgent correction" in the subject and we'll prioritize it.

Partnership & data licensing

We're open to conversations about featured placements on the Pickleland-operated parts of the site (the "Home club" badge), sponsorships of city pages, and licensing the underlying dataset to legitimate operators. None of these affect editorial listings or rankings; rankings on "Best clubs in {city}" pages remain driven by Google reviews and a transparent formula (see Methodology). How long until my change is live?

Typically under 48 hours from submission, including the time we spend confirming against your official source. Urgent corrections (e.g. a court is closed for renovation, hours have changed) are usually live the same day.
