City of Broussard's major expansion of St. Julien Park / Broussard Sports Complex. 24 new pickleball courts (16 covered with overhead fans and lighting, 8 uncovered), plus a concession stand, pro shop, observation deck, and 190-space parking area. Groundbreaking ceremony held March 2026. Total project cost $8.95M approved August 2025. Completion timeline not yet announced. Separate from existing 4 outdoor courts at the same complex (broussard-sports-complex-pickleball-courts).
