Pickleball Courts in Council Bluffs, IA

Council Bluffs runs its pickleball program through Iowa West Field House, an indoor multi-sport facility where the city Parks & Recreation department hosts both organized leagues and open play — the closest thing the city has to a pickleball hub. Free outdoor courts are limited to two city parks: Cochran Park, where four courts were converted from tennis as part of a broader park renovation, and Kimball Park, with two courts and no reservation needed. The Lakin and Healthy Living Center YMCA locations both offer pickleball to members but haven't published court counts or schedules on their own sites. The most distinctive spot in town isn't a sports facility at all — The Hub Patio, a downtown family entertainment venue with mini bowling, cornhole and giant Jenga, added outdoor pickleball as one more thing to do alongside its other games, paid access like the rest of the venue.
