Madisonville's biggest venue by far is the Kentucky Sports Factory (also referred to locally as the Madisonville-Hopkins County Sportsplex), a 90,000-square-foot public sports complex on Midtown Boulevard that opened in January 2025 with 22 convertible pickleball courts alongside basketball, volleyball, turf and batting cages — a scale well beyond what a city this size usually builds.
