Pickleball Courts in Springfield, OH

Springfield has two separate agencies building pickleball courts at the same time, which the dataset had to disentangle: the National Trail Parks & Recreation District runs 5 dual-lined courts at Snyder Park's Dredge Tennis Center — daylight hours, free, first-come-first-served — while the City of Springfield itself, a distinct authority whose downtown courts don't appear on NTPRD's own pickleball page, opened 3 permanent outdoor courts at City Hall Plaza, south of the fountain on Main Street, in May 2025. Beyond the two park agencies, the Visit Greater Springfield tourism guide lists two more free options: Clark State College's main campus, where players bring their own net, and Global Impact STEM Academy, on the site of the former South High School. United Senior Services Senior Center offers the one indoor, membership-based option, at its downtown Main Street location.
