Features 12-court gymnasium convertible to 36 pickleball courts (or 24 volleyball). Also includes 50-meter Olympic pool with 1,245 spectator seats, outdoor aquatic park, lazy river, 32,000 sq ft convention space, full-service kitchen. Court count listed as null since courts are multi-use convertible, not dedicated pickleball. Operated by The Sports Facilities Companies. General manager: Brandon Shrader (appointed March 2026). Funded by Jonesboro A&P Commission prepared-foods tax revenue.
