City of Gulfport's own parks page lists 'Tennis and Pickleball Courts' at 27th Ave & 53rd St S as free to use. The Gabber (local Gulfport newspaper) reported the city demolished and rebuilt this site into two standalone lighted pickleball courts plus two tennis courts in 2022 using ARPA funds. This is the venue the Pickleheads lead labeled 'Chase Park' — the city's own site treats it as a distinct facility from the adjacent Chase Park dog park one block over at 27th Ave & 54th St.
