Planned 9 indoor pickleball courts, two-story restaurant with rooftop bar, three bars, cornhole, bocce ball courts, and event lawn. Complex can accommodate up to 700 people, with 36 players on courts at a time at approximately /hour. Planned as first of five Southern Nevada locations.
