Design Fall 2023–Fall 2024; construction Late Spring/Early Summer 2025; target opening Spring 2026. As of 2026-05-31 officially listed as Spring 2026 opening — status set coming-soon pending open confirmation. Leagues, tournaments, and drop-in public play planned.
