About this club
Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District (THPRD) is building a new 12-court indoor/outdoor dedicated pickleball facility at the Howard M. Terpenning Recreation Complex. Project includes entry plaza, permanent concrete and glass building with court-side windows, seasonal air structure covering select courts, onsite staff for check-ins. THPRD issued invitation-to-bid March 2026 (bid deadline March 25, 2026). Construction starting June 2026; expected completion fall 2027. The HMT Complex serves 650,000+ annual visitors.
