Lighting, fencing, and seating included. 2026-08-07: court count and pricing corroborated by both the official roseburgor.gov renovation notice ("10 dedicated pickleball courts", "$2 a day for unlimited play and anyone 18 or under always plays for free") and the KEZI news report of the March 5, 2026 ribbon-cutting (same figures). The original city project page's Oct 2025 target completion date slipped to the confirmed March 2026 opening -- not a contradiction, just a delay.
