About this venue
Eight new outdoor pickleball courts opened September 5, 2024 at Rosewood Park in the Rose Park neighborhood. Funded by the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities as part of sewer system improvements. Project emerged from community engagement — residents overwhelmingly requested pickleball courts. Grand opening ribbon-cutting September 2024. DATA NOTE 2026-05-29: slc.gov/parks/parks-division/rosewood-park/ does not list pickleball as an amenity. Court existence confirmed only via slc.gov blog post (Sep 5 2024). Address 1400 N 1200 W not confirmed from parks page. Hours not published.
