Single elimination, double elimination, or round-robin pools that feed a playoff. Seeds and byes are placed for you, results move players through the bracket, and the whole thing saves in your browser and shares as a link.
In single elimination you are out after one loss, so it is fast: 16 entries need 15 matches. In double elimination you have to lose twice, so a bad first match does not end your day; losers drop into a second bracket and the winner of that meets the winners-bracket champion in the grand final. It takes roughly twice as many matches.
With the standard bracket order: seed 1 meets the lowest seed, seed 2 is in the opposite half, and so on, so the top seeds can only meet late. When the number of entries is not a power of two, the byes go to the top seeds.
Yes. Choose round robin, split the entries into groups, and enter results as they come in. When the pools are done, pick how many advance from each group and the tool builds a seeded playoff bracket, keeping players from the same group apart in the first round wherever the draw allows.
